These work great. it catches 8% of the poop and is super soft to the touch. I sometimes don't even have to hand wash the diaper shell, or if I do it's easier (& less gross) to remove the tiny poop streak. To be honest I don't flush them because I don't believe anything other than toilet paper should ever be flushed but even then this is no where near as thick as a regular baby wipe so it might be ok? I'm just not willing to test it.
